API bugs and limitations

- Some user actions are not directly available through the GitHub REST API: - reacting to an issue or comment - commenting on discussions or gists - close reasons when closing an issue - watching a repo - editing an issue title or description - the unassigned user when unassigning an issue or PR - PR related events can display the wrong date. - PR titles are not included in API responses and would require a separate fetch. - Merges are misattributed to the user instead of the maintainer. - Commits that got undone by later force pushes no longer appear in the timeline. - Updates are usually near-instant, but delays larger than the advertised window of 30s-6h have been observed.
