31:T5bf,md`# Taser Report Bibliography Work towards creating a humanities/APA style author-year setup in Observable. ## 1. Install Zotero Install [Zotero](https://www.zotero.org/). It's a citation manager that makes sorting and organising bibliography a lot easier. ## 2. Install Zotero Connector browser plugin [This little connector](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/zotero-connector/ekhagklcjbdpajgpjgmbionohlpdbjgc) makes it easy to save webpages into your bibliography. Just click on it when you're browing the source you want and it'll prompt you to save it in Zotero.

## 3. Edit the reference in Zotero Check the reference is right. Especially check it's the right Item Type (top menu dropdown) - this changes both what fields are available and what the citation looks like.

## 4. Export your bibliography When you're done, right click the collection and select "Export Collection..."

And then select "Better CSL JSON".

This will then create a file. To load it in, hover over the cell below and click on the paperclip icon. This will bring up a dialogue where you can import your bibliography file below.
