30:T49a,UNTWIST has produced an extensive set of empirical data on how feminist literature and masculinities studies conceptualise gender-based needs, related policy issues, and proposed solutions; how voters who have switched from mainstream to Right-Wing Populist Parties (RWPP) experience their gender identity (Focus Groups); which gender-related topics are measured in national and international surveys (Existing Survey Questions); and how political parties frame gender policies in their manifestos (Parties Manifestoes). The database includes 406 academic articles published between 2003 and 2007 on gender needs and politics; 18 focus groups with RWPP switcher voters conducted in 2023; 1,217 survey questions on gender-based needs, nested within 914 national and international surveys from 2000 to 2023; and the electoral manifestos of parties with parliamentary representation in the most recent general elections held up to 2019 in each analyzed country. The observables for each dataset are available for more detailed exploration.
